Historical Statistics of the United States: Millennial Edition now available

Sourced by data from the United States Bureau of the Census, and published by Cambridge University Press, the Historical Statistics of the United States: Millennial Edition compiles statistics from over 37,000 data series — three times more than its previous 1975 edition.  The Millennial Edition reflects thirty years of new data and scholarship across a variety of topics.

The cross-referenced and indexed online edition allows patrons to create and graph customized tables and spreadsheets reflecting their area of interest, download data sets and citations, and explore topics ranging from migration and health to crime and the Confederate States of America — each placed in historical context by a recognized expert in the field.
