Food for Fines

October 30th, 2008 by uscholz

In collaboration with University Ministry’s Hunger Week the University Libraries are kicking off our annual Food for Fines campaign on Monday, November 3rd.

The Cudahy and Lewis Libraries will accept one can of food for every $2.50 overdue fine (fines for technology items excluded). Items are donated to local hunger relief charities.

All donations of non-perishable food items or personal care items are welcome. The program runs through November 30th.
