Loyola Libraries receive high marks in student survey

November 25th, 2008 by uscholz

The Loyola Undergraduate Survey is administered to students each spring to determine levels of satisfaction for various aspects of campus life, classes, services, etc.  The 2008 results for Loyola have been announced and the University Libraries received high marks from our student body both in terms of overall satisfaction and increase in satisfaction compared to 2006.  As in past years, the top average index of satisfaction (79%) went to Off-Campus Life (Chicago).  Second place (74%) was a tie between the faculty and the libraries.  This represented a 10% increase in library satisfaction compared to two years ago and was the largest jump in any category, from sixth to second place.  Detailed information is available from the Office of Institutional Research.
