New Look for EBSCO Databases

If you use Academic Search Premier, Business Source Premier, or one of the many other library databases that uses the EBSCO search interface, you’re in for a big surprise! EBSCO recently changed the look and feel of their search interface.

ARTstor Beta not compatible with Internet Explorer 6

Having difficulties accessing ARTstor? We recently learned that the new Beta version of ARTstor is not compatible with Internet Explorer 6. However, the new version of ARTstor does work with Mozilla Firefox and Internet Explorer 7. Please keep this information in mind when using this resource.

Wiley Blackwell – Important update

As part of the merger of Blackwell Publishing with John Wiley and Sons, all Blackwell Synergy Journals will be moved to a single online platform, Wiley Interscience. So after June 30th, Blackwell Synergy will no longer be available.

On June 28th and June 29th, 2008 there will be a period when both Blackwell Synergy and Wiley InterScience will be unavailable to all users while they transition and re-index data.
Usage statistics for Blackwell journals will be unavailable between June 27th and Sept. 2008, while they are transferring the data to Wiley Interscience.

OVID switching to new interface- starting Sunday, Feb. 3rd

OvidSP will be the new name and look of our Ovid products. The OvidSP link has been available for a few months on our Ovid databases (for those that may not have noticed yet it’s located at the top of the page), so please take a look at it when you get a chance. The automatic migration is scheduled for Sunday, February 3, 2008 at 2:30 pm. For those interested in more details, check out the Ovid Resource Center for tutorials, product information and an interactive demo.
